ME

I'm so glad you have found yourself on this page. I'm passionate about helping arborists, just like yourself, so that you can become what you've always dreamed of. I know how frustrating it is to want something so badly but not know where to start. I spent years feeling frustrated that I wasn't where I wanted to be with my career and my income. I worked the wrong jobs, focused on the wrong strategies and began thinking there was something wrong with me. I'd put in the work and do the hours but when paydays came I'd always feel like I hadn't been compensated fairly for the effort I'd put in.  Eventually I felt like nothing was the right match and kept asking myself why aren't I happy?

Regardless of me not being happy in those jobs I still gave it my all, it's just my nature. I told myself eventually I would get the big promotion or that raise I deserved and that would make up for everything. When I got passed over for the promotions, and the raises were never as big as expected I decided I'd had enough. Here I was working more and more hours and ultimately only feeling more and more frustrated each day. Something had to change.

My spare time was spent learning and growing, and with that came the realization that those situations, jobs and environments weren't right. There was nothing wrong with me. I then made one decision, that one single action to invest everything into myself and I've honestly never looked back. I started my own business and now know I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

Over time I've continued to grow as an arborist and business owner I have realized I have the potential to help others who are in the same position I was in the past. That's why I want to make it my mission to give arborists and potential arborists just like yourself the insight and knowledge to figure out how to bring your skills to the next level.
